Meet Eli exists to help people grow and change for the better. Our work is about more than just technology—it’s about empowering people to build new habits and reach their full potential. We primarily focus on supporting people who’ve been left out or underserved in the past by guiding them through Deliberate Growth. Our purpose is to help users of our services build Connection, Calm, and Clarity to Change for Good.

We guide people through Deliberate Growth and deliver Change for Good by building smart tools—like AI and data systems. We also guide users toward goals important to them through education and growth activities. Our mission is to make these tools available to everyone, especially those who haven’t been included in research or well-served by traditional systems.

We believe people can change who they are by changing what they do. We know personality isn’t fixed—it grows with every choice, every behavior. Our vision is a world where everyone can succeed. We help users build the many skills for Expression, Levelheadedness, and Insight. These lead to Connection, Calm, and Clarity that delivers Change for Good.

Change for Good means growing in three key ways: 1) Connection: Feeling seen, heard, and valued by others by having Expression skills to SPEAK. 2) Calm: Staying grounded and managing strong emotions with Levelheadedness by being STILL. 3) Clarity: Turning information into meaning and action through Insight that is SMART.
